Stephen Keating
Stephen started his career at Deloitte & Touche in London, working first in insolvency, then moving into the restructuring team. In 1997, after nine years with Deloitte, he moved to the workout/restructuring team at 3i. In this role he drove change to recover value in a range of underperforming businesses including Target Express (parcels delivery), Maybridge (speciality chemicals) and De Boer (temporary accommodation). After 10 years at 3i he saw an opportunity to invest in businesses in need of turnaround and therefore left to establish Privet Capital.

Estelle Clark
Estelle joined Sand Aire Private Equity in 2000 and was responsible for marketing, deal administration, company research and investor relations. Sand Aire Private Equity was acquired by Dunedin Capital Partners in 2005 and Estelle was involved in setting up Dunedin’s London office. Estelle moved to Kaupthing Bank in 2007 and joined Kaupthing Capital Markets at the time that they successfully raised their £530m private equity fund. She had responsibility for marketing, operational systems and corporate events. Estelle joined Privet Capital in January 2009.

Emilie Loyer
Emilie worked for three years at CIBC, London in the investment banking division, specialising in Leveraged Finance. She was involved in the origination and execution of a number of pan-European LBO financing deals. Prior to this she spent a year working in private equity at PAI partners, Paris. Emilie speaks French, English and Spanish and is a graduate of Dauphine University, Paris.

Ian Astley
Ian qualified as a Chartered Accountant with BDO Stoy Hayward prior to joining Deloitte & Touche's Private Equity Advisory team in 1994. Following seven years in London, Ian joined their Paris team in 2001. During his time with Deloitte, Ian ran their MBI programme and Middle Market deal team in London and subsequently their Private Equity Bid Support team in Paris. In 2005 Ian joined Platina Finance, a French focused private equity fund, initially as Finance Director in one of their turnaround investments (Locatel) and latterly leading their UK buy-out team.

Ian Slater
Ian qualified as an accountant with Deloitte and was a member of the Corporate Finance team for 6 years advising businesses and investors across a range of industries. Following this he spent 5 years investing in UK mid-market businesses, first at ECI Partners and latterly at Spirit Capital
(previously Aberdeen Asset Management Private Equity), where he led the London investment team. Investments include EDSR, Nuaire and Clarity Blue. Ian has also worked in industry in a number of interim roles.
Ian sits on the board of Thermal Engineering.
